Admission Procedure

 

Steps to follow for online admission to the PreNursery Class for the academic year 2017 – 2018 in the BAI NAJAMAI NOSHERWAN DASTUR PRIMARY & NURSERY SCHOOL .
1. Click on “Pre-Nursery Online Admissions”.

2. Fill-up the online application form.

3. To check the status of the application form and other relevant details.

i) Visit login page

ii) Enter the transaction number printed on the top of the form and enter the password.

iii) After logging you can view the current status of your application form.

iv) Print out the bank challan copy for processing fee, if shortlisted and pay the same at Cosmos Bank, Camp Branch Only(Non-refundable).

Registration of application does not guarantee admission.

v) You will be informed through your login area as to when you have been called for a school’s visit.

vi) School’s visit dates and time will be displayed within your login area.

4. Please keep checking your login area for regular updates.

5. Incase of any doubts or questions please feel free to call our customer care number on 020 - 26362633  extn no: 302/306 (Monday to Friday- between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm )

For Pre-Nursery Section:

Pre-nursery children will not be administered any test/interview. However, there will be a school visit and both parents (mother and father) must visit the school along with the child at the given time and date with the documents listed below.

Management retains the right to grant accept or reject the application without assigning reason thereof.

The time and date of the school visit must be followed strictly.

Please check the timing of your school visit in your login area.

Documents to be brought at the time of school’s visit:

1. Birth Certificate, 1 attested notarised true copy along with the original, for verification.

2.Two passport sized photographs of the child.

3.One postcard size photograph of the family with the child seeking admission.

4.Attested notarised true copy along with the original of the last educational qualifications completed of parents.

5.Original Proof of residence - Aadhar Card.

6. Ex-Dasturian Parents should bring the xerox copy of the leaving Certificate or Report Card of the last class attended in any Dastur Institute.

7. Incase of sibling studying in any Dastur Institute, please bring the xerox copy of the last report card.

Important Instructions for completion of admission formalities:

1. Both parents should be present on the given date and time.

2. Documents to be brought to the school  

  • Original Birth Certificate,
  • Challan copy of Processing fee,
  • Challan copy of Refundable Security Deposit
  • Challan copy of Consolidated Education Fee of I installment

3.The Challan of 2nd installment must be downloaded and submitted in the school as the website is going to close after admission procedure is over.

4.All fees, deposits and other charges to be paid in advance ,only at camp branch of Cosmos Bank as intimated.

5.All three copies of the Bill must be submitted to the Pune camp branch of the Cosmos Bank where the payment is being made.
